The Federation of Guides in Normandy (FGN) has 30 years of experience and is the only professional association of licensed guides in Normandy.
The Federation of Guides in Normandy (FGN) is an association of more than 100 guides, all of whom possess the official Lecturer-Guide License issued by the French Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The Federation of Guides in Normandy acts as an intermediary between licensed guides in Normandy and private clients or tour operators. It does this by forwarding all requests received to its members . A directory of guides and a search engine enable you to contact the guides directly.
We are not a travel agency: our role is not to take bookings nor to organise itineraries or stays. For this, we invite you to contact your own travel agency.
Our professional association has been uniting guides and organizing our own guide training update sessions throughout Normandy for the last 30 years.
We offer the guarantee that your guide has the official guiding license - the "carte de guide-conférencier" - issued by the French Ministry of Culture.
Our mission and passion is to help you explore the rich heritage of our beautiful Norman towns, villages, and historic sites.
